Gordon was able to save us $5,000 off the purchase price, negotiate a home warranty paid by the seller, and used the home inspection report to get close to another $500 in repairs for us. This was a dual closing as well (meaning we were selling 1 home and buying another on the same day) which is tricky but he handled this very well. Gordon was able to first get all of our wish items listed under our contract for our house and then was able to negotiate the builder down to the appraisal value of the home all while keeping our wish list items.
