Gordon did an awesome job of finding our perfect home. We purchased $5,000 below our appraised value and negotiated almost $7,000 in closing costs to be paid by the seller. After the sale he found great tenants to rent the home before the first mortgage payment was due. Gordon made buying our home a hassle free and a 5 star experience!

Gordon did a great job for us on our 2nd home purchase. This was a dual closing as well (meaning we were selling 1 home and buying another on the same day) which is tricky but he handled this very well. I would highly recommend Gordon to anyone who is serious about buying a home, and working with someone who is going to get exactly that done for you in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.

If anyone is looking for an agent that will make you feel,like you are the only client he has, then please call Gordon. Gordon was able to save us $5,000 off the purchase price, negotiate a home warranty paid by the seller, and used the home inspection report to get close to another $500 in repairs for us. He always was helpful in explaining how the process would work and his team was on top of everything. Great communication throughout and we would recommend Gordon to all our friends and family.

Gordon was able to first get all of our wish items listed under our contract for our house and then was able to negotiate the builder down to the appraisal value of the home all while keeping our wish list items. He and his team were very responsive and helpful with questions. He was not pushy in any way and respected everything we said we wanted.

I would highly recommend Gordon. He helped me find and purchase my first home in Pensacola. He helped me offer the right price since there were other buyers interested. When I needed to relocate a year later he was able to sell my home in a timely manner and sold it for more than what I paid for it.
